Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your GLACIIR purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange qualifying items within 14 days of the delivery date.

Because GLACIIR products are underwear, all returns and exchanges must follow our hygiene policy below.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin your return or exchange, email us at support@glaciir.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

We will review your request and send return instructions within 24 hours.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Items returned without approval may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Cost

A $4.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total for approved returns. This fee covers prepaid label processing and return logistics.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, this fee will be waived and you will receive a full refund or replacement at no cost.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Hygiene seal intact
  • Not marked as Final Sale

For hygiene reasons, opened underwear packs cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Hygiene Policy

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear where the pack has been opened, worn, washed, or where the hygiene seal has been removed, broken, or tampered with.

Opened packs cannot be returned to our warehouse and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or restocked.

If you purchased more than one 4-pack, each 4-pack is treated separately. For example, if you opened one 4-pack but still have another 4-pack unopened with the hygiene seal intact, the unopened 4-pack may still be eligible for a return or exchange.

First Order Fit Help

We understand that finding the right size online can sometimes be difficult.

If this is your first GLACIIR order and you try one pair from your first 4-pack but the size is not right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

For hygiene reasons, you do not need to return the opened pack. Instead, we may offer a one-time fit solution, such as sending a replacement size while you cover the replacement shipping and handling fee.

First Order Fit Help is limited to:

  • First GLACIIR order only
  • One replacement request per customer, household, shipping address, or payment method
  • One 4-pack replacement only
  • Same product only
  • Adjacent size only, where reasonable
  • Requests made within 14 days of delivery

This does not apply if multiple pairs have been worn, washed, opened, or used.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only.

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, please allow 7–10 business days for your refund to be processed and posted to your account.

Your refund total will be the full item price minus the $4.95 return shipping fee, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been inspected and your refund has been issued.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges on qualifying unopened items within the 14-day return window.

To request an exchange, email support@glaciir.com with your order number and the size you would like instead.

If your pack is unopened and the hygiene seal is intact, we will send you return instructions. Once your return is approved, we will help arrange the replacement size, subject to stock availability.

Opened packs cannot be exchanged, but first-time customers may be eligible for First Order Fit Help.

If your requested exchange item is out of stock, we may issue a refund to your original payment method instead.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened underwear packs
  • Items with a removed, broken, or tampered hygiene seal
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Gift cards

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of every GLACIIR product.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Email support@glaciir.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including original shipping and return shipping costs, at no charge to you.

International Returns

We accept returns from all countries where eligible.

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as GLACIIR is not responsible for lost return packages.

Original international shipping fees are non-refundable. Customs duties and taxes paid on delivery are not refundable through GLACIIR; please contact your local customs office for duty recovery procedures.
